As part of a fruitful multi-year collaboration, ILC intervened in the cycle of seminars of the UER – European University of Rome, dedicated to students in the tourism sector, to testify its operational vision. Both technical and professional issues were discussed and the approach to the ‘profession’ of Travel Consultant was represented as a figure that will increasingly characterize the development of the sector and future methods of confrontation with the customer.

Travel Consultant will have to base his success on a multiplicity of factors, including: technical knowledge, geographic skills, relational marketing experiences, aptitude for direct relationships with customers, listening skills, ability to create network of relationships also of international level. Elements and skills that students can make their own within the excellent training courses developed by the European University of Rome.
